Wow! That's how I summarize the most exciting estate sale company. These guys know how to run a friendly and professional sale with fair pricing and safety. ALL rules are posted for each sale on their website BEFORE the sale so nobody should ever complain about the rules. They are NOT prejudice as someone reviewed, they make all guests feel safe.

Their pricing is very reasonable and their sale staff is very polite.

This company did a great job for a real estate client out on Wheeler in Bethany. The family had its money inside a week and Brian had the house cleaned out for them and ready for closing. You can count on him.

Our family hired James Bean to facilitate the liquidation of our dear Mother's belongings recently. God rest her Soul. I could not be more pleased with the results. They were a true God-Send in our time of sorrow, their humorous and friendly owner, Brian, answered so many of our questions with extreme knowledge. I felt truly lucky to have them organize, orchestrate, operate the sale. I trusted them implicitly, and they accurately followed our directions. We had not a problem in the world. James Bean Estate Sales did an amazing job on our sale. We had a very narrow window of time to do our sale between our move and the closing of our home. We had met with other companies and they were the nicest and also the least expensive company that we talked to. In our haste we left the house in a rather large mess and they were able to set it up to make it look almost like a model home. I was impressed how fast and also how clean the house looked after it was ready.
The sale went well, we ran more than double the estimate that the owner originally told us so we were pleasantly surprised at how well we did. All that was left would fit in the trunk of my car and we gave that to a couple from church. The owner dropped off a check to us a week later and we have already recommended them to a neighbor of ours

Enjoyed the sale in Norman , felt like the grandfather clock and antique ice box were in the range we wanted to purchase at. Keep us notified of other auctions, also, I am interested in automobiles also, thanks mike phillips

We've been shopping at Bean's estate sales for 3 years now. True, we are the biggest bargain shoppers ever. But their sales allow us to do just that, find a bargain. Their inventory is clean and nicely displayed, and their prices are reasonable to basement bargain prices. Brad and Brian give exceptional service along with all their helpers. (They even used their palm phone to email my daughter to check her size when she was without a phone! Now that's service). I am excited about their new mall. I hope to get in on as their first dealers. They'll be as great at this as they are at estate sales. Gene and I wish you luck, guys!
