Kerr and Kempf Northpark Estate Sale

Inside the Shoppes at Northpark, just north of BC Clarks.

Thursday, Jan 23rd (9:00 am - 3:00 pm)

Friday, Jan 24th (9:00 am - 3:00 pm)

Saturday, Jan 25th (9:00 am - 3:00 pm)

Sunday, Jan 26th (12:00 pm - 3:00 pm)

Sign-Up Sheet will be placed out by 8 a.m. Thurs, Fri, and Sat.

Final Pickup: 

Monday, Jan 27th (10:00 am - Noon)

Please note that this is a 4-DAY sale that starts on THURSDAY!

Please read a few instructions on this specific sale at Northpark.

Entry:

The entrance into the sale will be from the INSIDE of Northpark.  We will have signs up.  Please enter the Northpark doors by Ron's Burgers or Hacienda Tacos.  We are right between the two, just north of BC Clarks.  

Sign Up:

The sign-up sheet will be placed out in front of the entry door inside Northpark at 8:00 am.  This is later than usual, due to the mall opening at 8:00 am.  Sale doors will be open at 9:00 am sharp.

What is the Sign Up Sheet?

The Sign Up Sheet is set out early so you can sign up for orderly entry at the start of the sale. You must be in person to sign up and you can only sign yourself up. It is meant to give families the time to sign up, run home to take the kids to school and get back before doors open. You do not have to sign up to come to the sale, but at the very start, we will allow people to enter in order of the Sign Up Sheet. After this, it will be come and go as you please. All are welcome! 

PICKUP:

If you purchase something, you are responsible for moving it. Please plan accordingly. The final pickup will be on Monday.

SECURITY:

We will have security on site.  Please be respectful to them as they are there to keep things moving and keep everyone safe.  All Guns, Gold, and Silver will be kept off-site until the sale opens.
